The executive director and other staff members offer many services to CCBA member churches. While each staff member desires to assist churches by focusing on specific needs in their context, conferences and consultation models designed for one church may be helpful to others. Embracing Churches

Trained and experienced volunteer staff members comprise the Clear
Creek Baptist Association Leadership Team. Each team member is an active leader in his or her local church. Team members work together to plan a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that church leaders can attend to learn more about his or her leadership role. Each team member also offers opportunities for one-on-one consultations upon request. While Leadership Team members often conduct these consultations, they sometimes network with others by referring church leaders to another specialist. The conferences, events and consultations offered include but are not limited to the following list:

Embracing Community:

 
One of the benefits of belonging to an association of churches is that member churches can do more together than separately. Clear Creek Baptist Association provides many opportunities for churches to cooperate in ministries and missions. Church members also gain from inspiring fellowships and gatherings.
